Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the United States defense or intelligence community as active duty, a federal civilian, or a contractor supporting Department of Defense or intelligence community information technology programs.
  • Direct experience working within or alongside government information technology program offices, including familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition processes, Authorization to Operate and Risk Management Framework frameworks, and program lifecycle management.
  • Strong technical fluency in software systems, data management, or enterprise information technology, with the ability to engage credibly with developers and government information technology architects.
  • Experience briefing senior government leaders at the O-6, GS-15, or higher level.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a United States government security clearance, with Secret as the minimum.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or national security-related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Department of Defense and intelligence community customers throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Lead onboarding, integration, and deployment planning for new Department of Defense accounts, coordinating across company engineering and customer information technology and security teams.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews with government program offices and end users to assess adoption, performance, and mission alignment.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and expansion opportunities within accounts and develop action plans to address them.
  • Understand customer environments, including network architecture, classification boundaries, and data-handling requirements, and translate them into actionable technical implementation plans.
  • Advise customers on best practices for deploying and configuring the company's File Intelligence Platform in secure cloud environments.
  • Partner with Engineering to scope and document customer-specific technical requirements, integration patterns, and customization needs.
  • Support pre-sales technical activities, including demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and proposal technical solutioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contracting officers, program managers, system administrators, and end users across the account base.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, including additional use cases and new user populations.
  • Represent the customer voice internally by synthesizing feedback into prioritized product and roadmap inputs for Engineering and Product teams.
  • Coordinate with business development and Sales leadership on renewals, upsells, and new opportunity pursuit strategies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a customer success manager, technical account manager, or solutions engineer supporting federal or defense software programs.
  • Familiarity with document management, data governance, file intelligence, or cybersecurity software in a federal context.
  • Experience supporting programs on government cloud environments at Impact Levels 4, 5, or 6, or equivalent.
  • Experience in or supporting United States Special Operations Command, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency, or major combatant commands.
