- Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align services with their goals.
- Collaborate with existing clients to understand evolving needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Develop strategic proposals to support client satisfaction and retention.
- Implement lead-generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach.
- Support and participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development, and foster a positive work environment.
- Experience within the automation industry.
