  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience demonstrated with a portfolio)
  • 5+ years of experience in design engineering, front-end development, or a similar role
  • Expert in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with frameworks like React, Framer Motion, Tailwind and Next.js
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with design tools such as Figma
  • Knowledge of responsive design and best practices for cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and the ability to create inclusive interfaces
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to balance technical and design challenges to create user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Collaborate with UX designers to refine wireframes and prototypes into polished, pixel-perfect interfaces that reflect brand and usability standards
  • Translate design mockups into functional and interactive interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices
  • Participate in design reviews and user research sessions to continuously improve UI design based on feedback and data insights
  • Ensure consistent design standards by maintaining style guides, component libraries, and design documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, techniques, and tools to drive innovation and elevate the user experience
  • Conduct user interface testing and debugging, optimizing for performance, speed, and accessibility.
