Execute the daily Field Detail List.
Inspect community entrance signs and flags to ensure they are fresh and crisp.
Check in daily at the CBH office to obtain and stock vehicles with needed field materials.
Monitor the daily calendar and update tasks for field activities.
Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager for task details.
Complete field work to a high standard and within efficient turnaround times.
Place for-sale signs, lockboxes, and marketing materials in available homes.
Install the company’s self-home-touring technology.
Replace community flags.
Maintain the high-standard appearance of the communities.

In this position, you will be part of our Field team and help us with hands-on activities and upkeep in our CBH Communities throughout the Treasure Valley.
Key responsibilities:
Daily Field Detail List task execution
Inspect CBH Community entrance signs and flags to ensure they are are fresh & crisp
Daily CBH office check-ins to get and stock vehicles with needed field materials
Daily calendar monitoring and task updating for field activities
Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager for task detail
Quality work and efficient turn around times of field work
Daily tasks include:
Placing for sale signs, lockboxes, and marketing material in available homes
Installing CBH’s self home touring technology
Replacing community flags
Maintaining the high standard appearance of CBH communities

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with possible Saturday shifts and after hours needs. The position is available immediately.
