- Handle, store, and rotate beverages and bar supplies according to health and safety protocols.
- Keep guest-facing and back-of-house bar areas clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout service.
- Monitor bar inventory levels and alert management to stock needs and discrepancies.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Respond proactively to challenges and adapt to changing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to support bar operations.
