Requirements
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a scientific field with 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain
  • Experience in commercial product launch preparation and execution
  • Experience in commercial secondary packaging and labeling, serialization, and validation
  • Experience in contract packaging and 3PL distribution operation
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing manufacturing and service agreements
  • Experience managing both strategic and tactical/operational projects
  • Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain and demand/supply planning
  • Working knowledge of small molecule drug development and commercialization
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial manufacturing, regulatory, and quality assurance

Responsibilities
  • Manage supply chain deliverables and timeline to ensure a successful product launch
  • Lead secondary packaging and labeling activities, including but not limited to packaging design, components sourcing, vendor selection and management, serialization, and validation
  • Lead design, generation, approval, and implementation of new artwork and printed packaging components
  • Establish and maintain RevMed’s serialization program
  • Evaluate, select, and onboard third-party logistics provider (3PL) to enable commercial supply distribution
  • Evaluate, select, and onboard freight forwarders (FF) to support RevMed’s commercial supply chain
  • Manage global logistics and distribution of finished drug product and all intermediates
  • Manage shipping validation to support NDA filing
  • Establish and maintain business processes (BPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for commercial secondary packaging, labeling, and distribution
  • Perform end-to-end commercial demand and supply planning and manage inventory
  • Support implementation and manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system if required
