Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Go-To-Market Systems, Sales Operations, Go-To-Market Operations, or related roles.
  • Experience owning and optimizing Go-To-Market systems and business processes in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience defining architecture, governance, and operating design across the commercial technology stack.
  • A proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from problem identification through implementation and adoption.
  • Experience partnering directly with and influencing Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • The ability to understand how people, processes, data, and technology interact across the entire revenue lifecycle.
  • The ability to understand commercial objectives and recommend operational improvements tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • The ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience identifying and implementing artificial-intelligence-powered workflows that improve prospecting, qualification, account research, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.
Responsibilities
  • Own the Go-To-Market systems roadmap and personally design, configure, and implement scalable solutions that support future-state architecture.
  • Evaluate new technologies, integrations, and tooling that improve productivity and scalability.
  • Ensure systems support business objectives and evolving Go-To-Market motions.
  • Maintain alignment between Salesforce, enrichment tools, enablement platforms, reporting systems, and partner ecosystems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and personally configure, implement, and optimize those solutions across the Go-To-Market technology stack.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption.
  • Establish design standards and governance, and implement automation that reduces manual work and improves speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across stakeholders.
  • Establish scalable reporting frameworks that support executive decision-making.
  • Identify gaps in data quality, process compliance, and operational visibility.
  • Develop actionable dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Ensure Go-To-Market teams have accurate and trusted operational data.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Account Management, Finance, Product, and Revenue Operations leaders to transform strategy into scalable systems and process design.

Zip shares jump 17% as FY26 profit climbs 46% to $116M and FY27 EBTDA guidance hits $340M

Zip Co shares jumped 17% to $2.97 after the buy now, pay later company reported a 46% rise in statutory profit to $116.4 million for the year ended 30 June. Cash earnings before tax, depreciation and amortisation reached a record $268.9 million, up 58% on the prior year. The company guided to cash EBTDA of $340 million for FY27, representing 26% year-on-year growth. Total transaction volume increased 23% to $16.7 billion, with US transaction volume rising 42.5% in US dollar terms. Zip announced a $50 million on-market share buyback for FY27 and is considering a potential dual listing in the US alongside a share consolidation, subject to shareholder approval.

Zip and InComm bring buy now, pay later to gift cards as BNPL usage hits 15%

Zip and InComm Payments have partnered to bring instalment payments to gift cards, allowing eligible US shoppers to purchase popular gift card brands through the Zip app and split payments over time. The integration gives Zip's 4.6 million active US customers access to gift cards across retail, entertainment, dining and travel categories.
