  • 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications/solutions within the European market
  • Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes
  • Experience in accurately tracking and forecasting a pipeline
  • Experience with managing a multi-touch sales cycle
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing Team
  • Team player and have good communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads
  • Meet/exceed monthly sales goals
  • Perform prospecting activities
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects
  • Perform product demos
  • Work with prospects to help them move through value-based sales
  • Negotiate and close deals with buyers
  • Work with other departments to ensure best customer journey
  • Consistently manage a clean pipeline
  • Maintaining or exceeding activity, pipeline, and closing metrics
