- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Wear mandatory personal protective equipment at all times.
- Coordinate and ensure the safe and correct distribution of finished goods and raw materials to external and internal customers, meeting Department of Transportation and company regulatory standards.
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of shipping clerks and/or production associates.
- Train personnel, appraise performance, resolve problems, and address staffing needs to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Follow all barcode scanning requirements during inventory and shipping processes.
- Ensure all material is stored properly and at the correct temperature according to product specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule warehouse activities to meet and exceed customer expectations while optimizing loads and minimizing work hours.
- Support the order fulfillment process by working with operations management, customer service, production personnel, shipping, and Pro Logistics.
- Ensure standardization and implementation of best practices across all warehouse and/or production functions.
- Complete other duties and special projects upon request.
- At least 3 years of lead experience in distribution, warehouse management, or chemical manufacturing.
