Requirements
- A high school diploma or General Educational Development credential is required.
- Management, organization, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Computer and typing skills are required.
- Knowledge of participants with developmental and intellectual disabilities is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Training Center.
- Coordinate day training activities and community engagement.
- Lead, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and program policies.
- Complete paperwork for billing purposes and prepare weekly schedules for center activities and staff.
- Work with the nurse to ensure all medical appointments and needs are met.
- Provide structure to clients and staff.
- Attend Plan of Care meetings.
- Ensure staff are up to date on training.
- Communicate with guardians and the Case Manager regarding client needs.
- Cook, clean, and help staff implement daily tasks according to the Plan of Care.
