Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of upper-level human resources management experience and a proven track record of leading successful human resources initiatives are required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, including the ability to influence and guide teams, are required.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity regulations, and workplace compliance standards is required.
  • Skills in strategic planning, budget oversight, performance management, and policy creation are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a high-growth setting are required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the human resources team while developing strategic initiatives aligned with company growth goals.
  • Review and advise on organizational policy, executive decision-making, administrative strategy, and annual human resources budgeting.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and provide an effective onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management, advising on Equal Employment Opportunity, harassment prevention, and workplace fairness.
  • Design and deliver training programs, manage performance evaluation systems, and provide development feedback.
  • Enact, update, and enforce personnel policies while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Direct human resources programs, including employee benefits, compensation structure, and company-wide performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, compliance documentation, reports, and administrative paperwork.
