Responsibilities
Access data and construct and manipulate large datasets to support planned analyses using SQL, Python, and similar tools.
Design and develop business intelligence dashboards using Sisense or similar tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or DataStudio, for organizational metrics and indicators across finance, sales, inventory, and other areas, following best practices and industry standards.
Help define key performance indicator metrics and drive data governance through standardization and communication.
Create documentation and presentations for management.
Develop analysis and reporting capabilities, and monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
Write queries and reports and present findings.
Research and validate entity data using appropriate internal and external data sources.
Liaise on and analyze projects within the Reference Data environment.
Analyze, specify, test, and implement interfaces, workflow solutions, and reference data solutions, including regression testing systems ahead of upgrades.
Participate in the design, implementation, and interpretation of experiments or trials to continuously refine ongoing strategies.
Ensure data quality and timely delivery of reports that make common business sense.
Participate in Analytics and Reporting trainings to evangelize data across the organization.
Work autonomously without supervision.
