Reservation Associate
About the job
- Must be a graduate.
- Must be a fresher or have up to one year of experience in the same position.
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Team and Front Office Team in day-to-day operations.
- Identify optimal, cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.
- Answer reservation requests promptly and politely, recording complete details according to standard procedure.
- Handle incoming enquiries efficiently and effectively, converting them into bookings.
- Handle enquiries promptly and efficiently with the objective of maximizing sales and room occupancy rates.
- Complete reservation filing and correspondence daily.
- Perform duties common to the role and other duties assigned by the Reservations Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader.
- Maintain and update the corporate database, entering delegate bookings to keep delegate information and records accurate for future events.
- Work with internal and external representatives from different functions to execute reservations.
- Provide effective support to the team so it can provide effective and efficient services.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other jobs assigned by Management.
