About the Job:
The Head of Digital Delivery (Director, Digital Delivery) will serve as senior business owner responsible for the end-to-end life lifecycle of the product and long-term roadmap for delivery and building a best-in-class Delivery experience. The Director utilizes a customer centric approach to understand and strengthen how the team’s work to impact our consumers and teams. The Director is responsible for creating an experimental mindset to drive innovation and empowering a cross-functional team to do the same, ensuring excellence across all aspects of the Delivery product, and driving Growth within the breadth of Delivery channel.
This role will also serve as the Portfolio Lead for the Delivery Squad. The Delivery squads’ will be tasked with driving 3PD growth, focused on driving acquisition, retention, and ticket across aggregators while improving the 3P experience for customers, restaurant Team Members, and Franchisees through operational efficiencies and technology enhancements. The Director will act as the Portfolio lead, overseeing the squad work, manage the squad as a team, will embark on the process of agile test and learn to quickly capture value from high impact, high feasibility efforts to drive meaningful transaction growth.
The Day-to-Day:
- Leads the Delivery business for Taco Bell across multiple platforms, responsible for developing and executing strategy against Delivery’s specific goals within TB’s growth ambition.
- Business owner for Taco Bell ensuring cross-functional team aligned to and delivering against key business objectives and priorities, including Digital Marketing, Operations, and Technology.
- Develops the vision and strategy for the E2E lifecycle of the product, including business case, missions, translation high-level priorities into actionable Objective Key Results (OKRs).
- Directly oversees cross-functional Delivery Squad, tasked with ideating, valuing and prioritizing, and testing out impactful Delivery innovation.
- Directly oversees the Delivery marketing team to drive revenue and channel growth through promotions, partnerships, and paid media. Responsible for Delivery Marketing, including aggregator-partnered campaigns, partnership with brand marketing to integrate into overarching marketing campaign content and communications, as well as dedicated TB Delivery marketing.
- Oversees relationships with key external 3P and 1P Delivery partners, across all aspects of our engagement, including marketing, operations, product, finance, and tech. Oversee daily operations of the business to ensure seamless and positive customer, team, and driver experiences and address issues and concerns in real time.
- Manage key Franchisee stakeholder relationships to ensure partnership towards growth and operational ambitions.
- Manage performance, health, and development of both Squad and Delivery Marketing Team.
- Owns the communication with key internal end executive stakeholders across the business providing regular updates on Squad and Business progress, challenges, and achievements.
Is This You?
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of digital leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer experience
- 3+ years of experience with Delivery (3PD/1PD), developing and implementing business initiatives/programs
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in leading and growing teams with a growth mindset
- Excited about solving business problems in a fast-paced, agile environment
- High level of personal ownership and accountable for the on-time delivery of business test and OKRs
- Assertive, with confidence to be voice of authority – not afraid to do what is best for the team
- Passion for challenging status quo and finding new solutions - loves and embraces change

Salary Range: $174,700 - $267,200 + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
