What believers are saying

  • Accredited development: the in-house academy teaches transport-security protection and security-operations certificate programs for employees.
  • Counselling access: the employee assistance program supplies voluntary short-term support for personal and work issues.
  • First-aid savings: all employees receive discounted First Aid and CPR training through Surf Life Saving.

What critics are saying

  • Continuous availability: Ballina aviation protection applicants must accept a rotating roster requiring availability around the clock.
  • Pre-employment screening: the Ballina airport role requires passing a medical assessment that includes drug and alcohol testing.
  • Credential upkeep: practising paramedics must maintain registration, relevant tertiary qualifications, and continuing professional development.

What makes MSS Security unique

  • Clinical governance: paramedics work under scopes of practice issued by an internal clinical governance committee.
  • Coordinated patrols: mobile response uses dispatch, navigation, and reporting technology to handle alarms and duress activations.
  • Tailored instruction: client training is designed with each organization and delivered on-site, online, or in combination.
