  • 5+ years’ experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) or related environment preferred
  • 3+ years of management experience in a retail or QSR setting
  • Proven ability to meet sales and profitability goals
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • A history of successfully managing and motivating hourly team members
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising strategies preferred

Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and cohesive team environment, adapting to changing business and customer needs.
  • Implement company programs effectively, develop action plans, and coach your team to achieve operational objectives.
  • Lead by example as a player/coach, modeling behaviors that inspire peak performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the community through proactive outreach.
  • Drive merchandising and marketing strategies within the store.
