At least 3 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries, or in building maintenance duties.
Hands-on experience with cleanroom environments, compressed air systems, and purified water systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
Oversee the generation and distribution of utilities, including purified water systems, effluent treatment, and compressed air, to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to GMP standards.
Ensure equipment and spare parts align with GMP requirements, including documentation, validation, and quality assurance protocols.
Manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure smooth system operations.
Conduct regular system checks and promptly resolve operational issues or equipment malfunctions.
Support ALC projects as required based on business needs.
Desired Qualifications
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Hong Kong Electrician Certificate B is highly preferred.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Engineer to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities, focusing on utilities such as purified water systems, effluent treatment, and compressed air systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of GMP compliance in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries.
What You’ll Be Doing

Who We’re Looking For
Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
Experience: At least 3 years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industries or building maintenance duties. With HK Electrician cert B is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with cleanroom environments, compressed air systems, and purified water systems
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint & Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities & Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Personal Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while maintaining high operational standards
