Automates process serving for legal documents
Proof Technology automates the process serving workflow for legal teams through a web-based platform. Law firms and legal departments upload documents, monitor delivery progress, and receive delivery notifications to ensure transparency and accountability in service of legal papers. Revenue comes from a dual model: ongoing subscriptions for platform access and per-transaction fees for each service request. Unlike traditional process servers, Proof replaces manual, unreliable methods with an automated, trackable system, increasing efficiency and reliability in the service of process. The company’s goal is to streamline the process serving step in legal workflows, reducing delays and ensuring compliance as volumes scale.
