About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing or quality management.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
- Experience in facilities management, AMC/PPM operations, or insurance compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Critical thinking and risk management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Independence and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency with Excel, audit schedulers, quality management systems, and risk registers.
- Plan, schedule, and execute ISO 9001:2015 internal audits.
- Ensure ongoing compliance of AMCs, PPMs, and insurances with local regulations and internal standards.
- Maintain, update, and improve quality management system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and non-conformities through root cause analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly audit reports, findings, and recommendations to management.
- Recommend improvements, follow up on corrective actions, and measure their impact.
- Stay updated on ISO standards and deliver awareness sessions across teams.
- Conduct cost analysis, assist with budgeting, and lead negotiations to improve service efficiency.
