  • Ensure customer satisfaction by timely handling of requests for operation, installation, follow-up, and contracting of SME products.
  • Advise customers and the open market on services.
  • Analyze company financial documents to assess current financial standing.
  • Compile and manage credit files, following each case through credit formalization.
  • Review credit bureau information and analyze it to generate prequalification.
