Essential Functions:
Act under the guidance of theregionalsalesmanager/countrydirector to ensure that goals within a defined sales area are achieved.
The responsibility of the sales representative is to effectively market Globus Medical productsin accordance withthe company's quality policy guidelines and to apply a consultative sales approach for potential and existing surgeons in the assigned area.
Achieve and exceed the assigned workobjectivesbypossessingcomprehensive knowledge of Globus products and surgical techniques, understanding customer needs, and professionally positioning Globus Medical products above the competition to meet these needs.
Provide technical support and consultation for all Globus Medical products during surgeries/operative proceduresin accordance withthe company's quality policy guidelines.
Educate and train doctors/surgeons and operating room staff in hospitalsregardingthe application and indications of Globus Medical products according to the company's quality policy guidelines.
Support the regional sales representative/sales manager/countrydirector.
Maintain up-to-date market knowledge andmonitorand counteract competitors' activities.
Assess market needs, track business trends, andanticipatefuture developments.
Submit monthly expense reports to the regional sales manager/countrydirector.
Liaise with customer service and other administrative functions to ensure that our customers receive high-quality service.
Assistin organizing events andparticipatingincongresses.
Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, theAdvaMedCode, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training andmaintainingknowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
Representsthe company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:
Provide after-hours and weekend case support, as necessary
Proficient andaccuratewith word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flow-charting, andgraphs
Ability to solve and interpret problems, collect data,establishfacts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstracts and/or concrete variables
Be qualified for andmaintainprivileges at all required hospitals
Preferred spinal device sales experience
Bachelordegree education is preferred
Should be proficient in English.
Starting salary: £35,000 per annum, plus bonus, car allowance, and benefits.

Develops musculoskeletal implants and enabling technologies
Globus Medical makes medical devices for musculoskeletal problems, especially in spine, orthopedic, and neurosurgery. It has two segments: Musculoskeletal Solutions (implantable devices, biologics, and surgical instruments) and Enabling Technologies (imaging, navigation, and robotics for planning, guidance, and analysis). The products are sold to hospitals and clinics through a direct sales force and distributors, with revenue from device sales plus recurring disposables and services. The goal is to help patients recover from musculoskeletal issues by offering an integrated platform that combines implants with advanced guidance and analytics, while expanding its geographic reach.
