Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering) and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship Required

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to provide context and support analysis of stakeholder feedback
  • Assist in identifying and flagging substantive comments that include additional supporting data or key stakeholder input as part of Public Comment Review Support
  • Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting and Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, workforce policy analysis and convening, and Energy Market Economic and Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services for the Department of Energy Office of Policy
  • Align with Public Comment Review Support initiatives and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Review, analyze, and summarize stakeholder feedback to support policy development and decision-making
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in energy, policy, and technical consulting
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency with data analysis tools; strong communication abilities; subject matter expertise in energy and policy domains
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; leadership; time management; adaptability; ability to multi-task; attention to detail; strong analytical, organizational, and written and oral communication skills
  • DOE security clearance such as DOE Q or willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a clearance
