  • Deep understanding of the technology and artificial intelligence ecosystem, including platforms, ecosystem shifts, and emerging capabilities.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical ideas into clear, persuasive market narratives.
  • Experience building launch campaigns, enablement tools, and proof-point strategies.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, collaborate, and work across senior stakeholders and matrixed teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment where client confidentiality limits direct case study use.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of product marketing, platform marketing, or technology go-to-market experience at a software-as-a-service, artificial intelligence, or technology company; direct services marketing experience is not required.
  • Demonstrated experience launching platforms, products, or technology-enabled propositions, with ownership across positioning, messaging, launch campaigns, and post-launch evolution.
  • Strong positioning and narrative craft, including the ability to build a messaging architecture, defend a value proposition under scrutiny, and translate technical complexity into a story that earns trust with sophisticated buyers.
  • Experience building credibility and proof systems for complex propositions, ideally including work in regulated or confidentiality-constrained environments.
  • Comfort marketing complex, technical propositions to senior, sophisticated audiences, and ability to converse effectively with technologists, transformation leaders, and senior buyers.
  • Advanced artificial intelligence fluency and innovative application, including leading-edge application of artificial intelligence in positioning, content, competitive analysis, and launch work; combine deep daily use with original thinking about how artificial intelligence changes the craft.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to make complex multi-layered propositions feel coherent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving market.
  • Track record of achieving results in a global, matrixed organization with a broad stakeholder group.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and bring recommendations to senior leadership.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and in using artificial intelligence platforms as a thought partner and an efficiency and productivity tool.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the director leading the Tech & Transformation pillar to shape how Deloitte presents its technology-led strategy and how Global Tax & Legal communicates its transformation agenda.
  • Develop and refine messaging, value propositions, and category points of view that support Deloitte’s technology-led market position and Global Tax & Legal’s evolving service delivery model.
  • Develop and evolve a strategic playbook for Global Tax & Legal product, platform, and solution branding in alignment with Deloitte Global Brand guidelines.
  • Maintain a strong network and deep technical fluency in the technology and artificial intelligence ecosystem, and translate market trends in artificial intelligence, platforms, and emerging technologies into clear, defensible points of view.
  • Build repeatable launch playbooks, asset frameworks, and enablement tools for new platforms, artificial intelligence capabilities, signature programs, and transformation offerings; help move the firm from one-off launch campaigns to a repeatable process with measurable adoption across geographies.
  • Turn platform deployments, transformation outcomes, and engagement patterns into proof points that make Deloitte’s position defensible; develop anonymized outcome narratives, sector-level proof, analyst validation, and third-party signals while respecting client confidentiality; create, establish, and scale the required process and system.
  • Develop messaging, talking points, and enablement materials that equip partners and senior practitioners to share the technology and transformation story and perspectives on where technology is heading with clients.
  • Partner with business leaders to influence how Analyst Relations position Deloitte in technology, artificial intelligence, and transformation evaluations with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analysts.
  • Monitor competitive activity, analyst coverage, market signals, and adoption trends to recommend where Deloitte should push, defend, or evolve.
  • Work cross-functionally with AI Workflow & Innovation, Growth Go-to-market, positioning leads, and operations to maintain a consistent narrative across the firm.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience marketing artificial intelligence platforms, agentic systems, developer products, or other complex enterprise technology.
  • Prior experience working on a product or position that was actively defining or expanding a market category, rather than only competing in an established one.
  • Experience working with virtual teams and remote resources across geographies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, attribution, or audience-targeting platforms.

About the company

Deloitte audits companies and advises businesses and governments on tax, technology, and risk, and it is one of the Big Four, the world's four largest accounting firms. In 1849 its founder became the first independent auditor of a public company, Britain's Great Western Railway. Its auditors check companies' financial reports for errors and fraud before investors rely on them, while its consultants design strategy, install business software, and defend clients against cyberattacks. Clients pay fees for each audit or project, and each country's Deloitte firm is a separate business owned by its local partners. Deloitte was founded in London in 1845 and is based in New York.

AI forces companies to rethink hiring practices as job applications surge and entry-level pipelines shrink

Business Insider convened 15 HR and C-suite leaders in Davos to discuss how AI is reshaping hiring and talent pipelines. The roundtable, presented by Indeed, revealed growing concerns about entry-level positions and skills assessment. Deloitte's Elizabeth Faber emphasised maintaining a "human-led, technology-powered" approach whilst carefully navigating reduced junior hiring. TCW's Melissa Stolfi noted her firm has downsized its analyst class but maintains a pyramid structure to preserve apprenticeship culture and future leadership pipelines. Indeed's chief economist Svenja Gudell warned that whilst tech employers now demand five-plus years' experience, this creates future talent shortages if junior hiring continues declining. Salesforce's Nathalie Scardino said her company receives two million applications annually and has shifted focus from years of experience to learning aptitude. Manpower Group's Becky Frankiewicz noted AI can process candidates faster whilst reducing bias, potentially unlocking opportunities beyond traditional qualifications.

Deloitte to hire 50,000 employees in India, eyes Mangaluru expansion

Deloitte plans to hire 50,000 employees in India and is evaluating Mangaluru, Karnataka, as a potential new location, according to South Asia CEO Romal Shetty. The company currently employs 140,000 people in India, representing one in four Deloitte employees globally. Shetty said India hosts 50% of all global capability centres worldwide, with significant growth potential in Tier II and Tier III cities. He proposed creating digital economic zones integrating GCCs, GPU-based data centres, startups and academic institutions to accelerate expansion. The CEO called for streamlining GCC setup processes from six months to two weeks, whilst acknowledging infrastructure constraints around energy and water for data centres. Shetty noted Mangaluru offers advantages including talent availability and real estate, adding the company's presence there is a matter of timing.
