Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with advanced financial modeling.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ARGUS Enterprise.
  • Strong organizational, research, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sectors and fundamentals.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities independently and proactively, solve problems, improve processes or services, manage competing priorities and deadlines, and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prepare and present information effectively, maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and work collaboratively with different functional groups.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Ability to sit at an office workstation for extended periods and frequently operate computers, telephones, and office productivity equipment.
  • Ability to prepare or inspect documents and accurately convey details, instructions, or ideas.
  • Ability to use active listening, critical thinking, decision-making, time-management, and administrative skills.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
  • All candidates must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and maintain financial models, including property- and project-level financial projections, debt financing, joint venture waterfalls, budgets, reforecasts, sensitivities, and other ad hoc analyses.
  • Support asset management activities, including return analysis, coordination with joint venture partners, execution of business plans, and investor reporting.
  • Support financial and investor reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and investors.
  • Support marketing-related initiatives and requests that support platform growth.
  • Track investment performance.
  • Analyze and understand real estate documents, including leases, contracts, joint venture agreements, and loan agreements.
  • Review draws and process contributions, distributions, and other capital activities.
  • Travel locally and/or nationwide to assets and client sites as needed.
