Requirements

Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk, qualification as an insurance specialist, or willingness to start as a career changer.
Passion for communication and sales.
Customer-oriented approach, strong performance orientation, and initiative.
Interest in digital sales instruments and ability to use digital tools to create an effective customer experience.

Responsibilities

Work in partnership with the agency management and contribute significantly to business success.
Manage an existing customer portfolio, continuously expand it, and attract new customers to the advisor and BarmeniaGothaer.
Serve as the contact person for all insurance and provision matters, using digital tools for software-supported, holistic customer advice.

Qualifikationen

Du hast die Ausbildung der Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen abgeschlossen, bist Versicherungsfachmann*frau oder möchtest als Quereinsteiger*in starten
Kommunikation und Vertrieb sind deine Leidenschaft
Du handelst kundenorientiert, hast eine hohe Leistungsorientierung und sprühst vor Eigeninitiative
Du begeisterst dich für digitale Verkaufsinstrumente und nutzt digitale Tools für das perfekte Kundenerlebnis
