Requirements
  • You have 8–10 years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing, ideally at a fast-paced product-led company.
  • You've led or contributed meaningfully to product launches, release marketing, and audience segmentation strategies from a growth perspective, and understand what it takes to make them both memorable and measurable.
  • You can craft positioning and messaging independently for different audience segments, synthesizing existing PMM messaging houses while thinking critically about user needs and market positioning.
  • You have experience with segmentation strategies—from identifying meaningful user segments to developing differentiated campaigns that resonate with each audience.
  • You're excited to work across functions—bringing people together, managing complexity, and keeping momentum high.
  • You've got strong executional range—from building complex campaign workflows to optimizing delivery and reach through segmentation, channels, and timing.
  • You have strong analytical instincts and can collaborate effectively with Engineering and Data teams to define metrics, implement tracking, and measure success.
  • You think in systems and love identifying opportunities to scale, automate, and improve processes.
Responsibilities
  • Drive launch campaigns and release marketing end-to-end, acting as the connective tissue across Product, Product Marketing, Creative, and Lifecycle to orchestrate launches and ongoing release communications that drive initial excitement and sustained engagement.
  • Master audience segmentation and positioning by leading the strategic segmentation of launches and releases, crafting differentiated positioning and messaging for specific audience segments by synthesizing PMM materials and independently developing audience-specific narratives.
  • Collaborate on post-launch integration by working closely across the Lifecycle team to transition launch content, assets, and learnings into always-on campaigns and other relevant customer journey touchpoints, ensuring sustained momentum beyond initial launch.
  • Drive user love and business impact by shaping experiences that delight users while moving core metrics like feature activation and retention, with a sharp eye for which metrics will be affected and what events need tracking.
  • Be a system builder by creating repeatable, efficient workflows that help ship high-quality, high-velocity launches and releases and scale what works.
  • Think like a growth expert by working closely with Engineering and Data teams to define success metrics, implement proper tracking, and design experiments that validate segmentation and messaging strategies.
  • Inject AI where it adds leverage by identifying where automation or AI can streamline workflows, personalize messaging, and unlock faster feedback loops.

  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools for marketing operations.
  • Experience working with Customer.io, Figma, HTML, and SQL.

Leapsome appoints two VPs and wins Notion as US expansion accelerates

Leapsome, a platform combining HRIS, performance and growth management, has appointed Jessica Zwaan as VP people strategy and operations and Rebecca Corliss as VP marketing as it expands its North American presence. The company has also won Notion as a customer. Founded in 2016, Leapsome has evolved from a talent management platform into an integrated system connecting core HR, performance, engagement and AI capabilities. The company now has more customers in the US than any other market. Zwaan joins from Talentful, where she served as chief operating officer, whilst Corliss brings experience from HubSpot, Owl Labs and VergeSense. Leapsome recently added a native ADP Workforce Now integration and expanded its Justworks partnership. The company is exhibiting at Transform 2026 this week in Las Vegas.

GIC invests $270M in Notion through employee share sale at $11B valuation

Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC has invested $270 million in Notion through a private tender offer, valuing the AI workspace company at $11 billion. Sequoia Capital and Index Ventures joined GIC in purchasing shares from current and former Notion employees. The transaction provides employee liquidity whilst bringing new institutional capital. Notion removed the one-year vesting cliff on employee options to allow nearly all staff to participate. The investment follows Notion's expansion into Singapore with a regional office opened in mid-2025. Notion's AI-powered features now drive over 50% of annual recurring revenue, which recently surpassed $600 million. The platform serves over 100 million users worldwide across 21 languages. The $11 billion valuation represents a slight increase from Notion's 2022 tender offer at $10 billion.

Notion launches Brazil operations eyeing $12B IPO with $600M revenue

Notion, the productivity tool popular among founders and developers, has officially launched operations in Brazil, targeting startups and large enterprises. The company hired Fernando Chang, a veteran from SAP, Oracle and Salesforce, to lead enterprise business, and Arthur Rozenblit, formerly of WeWork and Zendesk, to expand among startups and SMEs. The Brazilian expansion focuses on three pillars: partnerships, community engagement and digital presence. Notion has already partnered with Distrito to offer six months of Notion Business to startups. The move comes as Notion prepares for an IPO later this year, potentially raising $200 million at a $12 billion valuation. Founded in 2013, the company now has over 100 million users globally, with revenue reaching $600 million in 2025, up 50% year-on-year.
