Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • 5+ years of nursing experience required
  • Valid state nursing license
  • Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
  • Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
Responsibilities
  • Supervision of Day-to-Day Health Center operations
  • Lead and Develop Direct Reports
  • Promote communication
  • Integrate with Business Partners
  • Maintain Health Center Compliance
  • Monitor Physical Exam Program
  • Support Medical Emergency Response Activities
  • Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site
Desired Qualifications
  • Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred
  • Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous Supervisory experience in a medical environment
