Responsibilities
  • Sourcing owns the relationship with the suppliers and needs to fully understand the end to end process from Strategy to Delivery to our HCP’s.
  • Support team in reviewing weekly WIP reports to ensure production schedule is on time.
  • Oversee production schedules from PP to Finished Goods XF ensuring on time delivery.
  • Review PO tracker which is used cross functionally with planning, merchandising, logistics and operations.
  • Assist the Director in communicating and leading weekly production meetings to align internal teams on any delivery adjustments or any high level risks.
  • Partners with the Development team on product costing and assists in negotiating bulk costing to meet overall company IMU targets.
  • Oversee and manage all confirmed costing in Centric and Buy Plan for all programs.
  • Manage all aspects of the core program including material planning, development and BOM coordination.
  • Assist the Director by helping manage and review all confirmed costs and deliveries through WIP with the specialists ensuring buy plan, PLM and internal cost sheets reflect correct costs and delivery dates for vendors and cross functional departments.
  • Work closely with the cross functional POD to ensure everything is buy ready prior to PO placement.
  • Works closely with the Technical Design team to prioritize fit approvals without delaying production cut dates and attend all production fittings.
  • Help ideate and pilot more efficient and effective processes.
  • Support onboarding all new suppliers
