- A high school education or GED is required.

- Process member transactions efficiently, accurately, and promptly, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, negotiable instruments, cash advances, stop payments, address changes, and wire transfers.
- Provide timely and courteous service by servicing or closing accounts, completing documentation, issuing or re-pinning cards, and adding or updating joint owners and beneficiaries.
- Respond to member inquiries in person, by telephone, or by mail; resolve routine issues and direct complex issues to the appropriate management staff member.
- Participate in assigned employee development programs supporting sales and service, continuous improvement, quality, and teamwork.
- Balance daily work.
- Perform operational activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations such as Regulation CC and the Bank Secrecy Act, and Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Perform routine office and clerical duties, including requisitioning supplies and maintaining accurate, current files.
- Maintain the cash drawer within assigned cash limits and according to policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling services and products and generate referrals to business partners.
- Recent cash-handling or previous teller experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Symitar system is a plus.

THOUSAND OAKS - Senior Concerns is calling on community members to volunteer for the 31st Annual Love Run, presented by Logix Federal Credit Union, which will take place on Sunday, June 1, in Westlake Village.
Critics of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) said Wednesday (March 26) at a Capitol Hill hearing that the agency needs a restructuring, and has engaged in what they call “regulatory overreach” that merits a revisiting of its funding structure as well. The hearing, before the House Subcommittee on Financial Institutions, was titled “A New Era for the CFPB: Balancing Power and Reprioritizing Consumer Protections.”. In his opening remarks, Rep. Andy Barr, R-Ky., chair of the subcommittee, stated that “nowhere has overregulation and overreach” been as sharply in evidence at the CFPB. He heralded the present era, under the new administration, where “those in charge prioritize administrative law over regulation by enforcement, avoiding extortionary civil investigative demands (or CIDs).” Barr underscored legislation he’s recently introduced to restructure the CFPB, including the TABS Act, which would shift the funding structure to the congressional appropriations process
