- A certification in hospitality management or bar management from a recognized institution is required.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all bar operations, including service standards, inventory management, and staff performance, to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and supervise bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and support personnel; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation; monitor costs and implement strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and maintain innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs that align with hotel standards and guest preferences.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations, and maintain compliance with local and national hospitality laws.
- Create and manage bar budgets, forecast revenue, and analyze financial performance metrics to drive profitability.
- Engage with guests, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with beverages and service.
- Coordinate with Food and Beverage, Events, and Front Office departments to support hotel functions, banquets, and special events.
- Establish and maintain relationships with beverage vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Monitor and manage staff scheduling to optimize coverage, reduce labor costs, and maintain service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement through upselling, promotions, and special beverage offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, and prepare regular reports for management review.
