Requirements
  • A Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the field is required to teach undergraduate courses, or a terminal degree in the field of study or a closely related field is required to teach graduate courses.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work after business hours and on weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Teach up to seven semester credit hours, or up to two courses per semester, in a fully online format within the required discipline.
  • Respond to student inquiries within 24 hours and provide timely feedback on assignments, assessments, and evaluations to facilitate student success.
  • Facilitate courses by adhering to the standard course syllabus provided by the Associate Director of Academic Programs.
  • Assess grades based on the standard course materials, assignments, and assessments provided by the Associate Director of Academic Programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
