Account manager or support-role experience within commercial lines of business provides a foundation for broker/sales training.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the commercial insurance market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering solutions for property, liability, commercial auto, and other coverage needs.
Negotiate coverage and premiums with insurance carriers.
Manage an active book of business to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Provide ongoing client support for policy renewals, adjustments, and claims.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall brokerage growth.
Participate in broker training, building upon prior commercial lines support-role experience.
Desired Qualifications
At least one year of experience in commercial insurance sales is an asset but is not required.
Prior experience in a personal lines broker sales role is an asset but is not required.
