Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with preferred concentration in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance or a similar field
  • 5+ years of data analytics experience
  • Proficiency with data access tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Expertise in manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
  • Excellent understanding of business fundamentals and sales operations, including success metrics and quantitative business measures
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze, and interpret market and sales cycle information
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced business environment and display professionalism and confidence in challenging situations
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage revenue forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and analytics
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from various sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide visibility into sales performance
  • Drive the designing of effective reports and visualizations that show business performance
  • Work cross-functionally with other sales operations teammates to manage strategic projects
  • Provide thought leadership and drive the process to analyze sales performance data
  • Be the thought partner and trusted advisor to Sales and Sales Ops leadership
  • Provide overall support and departmental coordination for team inquiries, ad-hoc requests, and projects
