Endeavor Air flies as Delta Connection, operating 130 CRJ-900 regional jets on about 700 daily flights to over 126 cities in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Its service feeds Delta’s broader network by using smaller jets from multiple hubs to offer frequent, short- and mid-length flights that connect regional cities to Delta’s main routes. It differentiates itself by being the world’s largest operator of the CRJ-900 and by leveraging Delta’s network with extensive maintenance bases and coordinated hub operations. The goal is to provide reliable, convenient regional air service that links passengers to Delta’s extensive network with coordinated schedules and service levels.

  • Delta’s hub network keeps Endeavor embedded in high-frequency, recurring regional demand.
  • CAP’s direct Delta pipeline helps recruit pilots despite industry-wide regional attrition.

What critics are saying

  • Rising labor, supply-chain, and maintenance costs squeeze margins if Delta shifts flying elsewhere.

What makes Endeavor Air unique

Endeavor Air CEO: 'We're B2B businesses, and that has its benefits'

Endeavor Air CEO: 'Centreforaviation is B2B businesses, and that has its benefits' Endeavor Air president and CEO Timothy Wang, speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit Americas, commented (28-May-2026) on the business model and operating approach of regional airlines in the US, stating: "We're B2B businesses, right? And that has its benefits, allows us to really focus on operational reliability". Mr Wang noted, however, that "because of the rising cost structure post-COVID... it's in labour, it's in supply chain, it's in maintenance, across the board, [because of that rising cost structure] we do have to find and unlock productivity and efficiency that wasn't there before". He continued: "So I think you do see overall a higher level of... I'll call it business sophistication, because the market is demanding that". [more - CAPA TV]
