Virtual Assistant – Website Chat Manager
About the job
- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook templates, Microsoft SharePoint and fillable forms, and Microsoft Word templates.
- Must be able to use Google Applications.
- Must have knowledge of setting up live chat.
- Must have knowledge of loading website information into a knowledge database.
- Must be organized, self-managing, able to find and learn information quickly, and detail-oriented.
- Must be familiar with websites built using PHP and MySQL.
- Must have knowledge of optimizing operation on Linux.
- Must have knowledge of Airtable.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must communicate via Teams, email, or phone calls.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Must be available to work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York time).
- Ability to post new website additions on social media.
