About the Company

Tailwind Care

Integrated pediatric developmental screening and therapy

Tailwind Care provides pediatric developmental support with a focus on making specialized care more accessible and affordable. It delivers a coordinated, family-centered service that starts with early screening and moves through evaluation to ongoing therapy, all supervised by licensed clinicians. The program fits therapy into a child’s regular routine and connects physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy to create a continuous care experience, initially targeting developmental delays. Services are offered through clinicians in select locations (e.g., Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham, NC), with plans to expand to other pediatric and behavioral health services based on real‑world outcomes. Tailwind Care aims to distinguish itself by offering a seamless, integrated care pathway that reduces barriers to access and cost, rather than providing standalone therapies, and by building a holistic support system for families.
