Experience in leadership and achieving targets.
Knowledge of parts.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Serve customers according to AutoZone standards.
Provide customers with reliable advice, excellent service, product knowledge, and automotive repair and testing experience; provide technical advice as needed while exceeding customer expectations.
Assist with store control and maintenance by arranging products on shelves and maintaining the store’s appearance.
Check and maintain the internal and external aspects of the store.
Ensure stock is replenished, clean, and organized.
Update and organize display items.
Maintain appropriate inventory control, promote sales, and maintain the store’s appearance.
Ensure sales and pricing processes and associated documentation are completed, and conduct physical inventories.

Desired Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Realizar atendimento dos clientes, fornecendo conselhos confiáveis e excelente serviço aos clientes, aplicando seus conhecimentos dos produtos e experiência em reparos e testes automotivos, fornecendo assessoria técnica conforme necessário, com uma atitude de serviço que excede as expectativas do cliente, auxilia no controle e manutenção da loja, organizando os produtos nas prateleiras e mantendo a aparência da loja.

• Ensino médio completo;

• Vivência em liderança e atingimento de metas;

• Conhecimento em peças

• Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos finais de semanas e feriados;

• Desejável conhecimento no pacote Office (nível básico)

• Atendimento aos clientes , seguindo os padrões AutoZone;

• Verificar e cuidar dos aspectos internos e externos da loja;

• Cuidar para que o estoque esteja abastecido, limpo e organizado;

• Atualizar e organizar os itens em amostra;

• Controle de estoque adequado, promovendo as vendas e mantendo aparência da loja;

• Assegurar processo e documentação associada a venda e preços, e conduzir inventários físicos.
