Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of development and administration of web sites and web applications
  • Excellent knowledge of web development process
  • Good knowledge of Agile project management processes
  • Good knowledge of CMS concepts
  • Good knowledge of Optimizely and/or SharePoint
  • Good knowledge of windows server and certificate management
  • Good knowledge of DNS and domain name management
  • Good knowledge of cloud concepts and web infrastructure (Caching, CDN, Load balancing, latency)
  • General knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
  • Deep general understanding of web technologies
  • Previous experience in creating and managing Power Apps
  • Previous experience in creating solutions in Optimizely (Formally EPiServer)
  • Previous experience with E-Commerce and working with ERP systems
  • Previous experience with C#/.NET

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize, plan, manage, follow up, report and document on tasks in the scope of the web development team
  • Actively work with stakeholders around the business to understand their needs and ensure a high level of service
  • Actively administrate/maintain the applications in the portfolio
  • Act as a liaison between the business and developers/other functions in IT to ensure clear communication
  • Work with and initiate continuous improvements within the team
  • Prioritize and plan the project and support tasks that the web development team is responsible for
  • Contribute to development and recruitment of the individuals within the team
  • Proactively work with lifecycle management for applications the team is responsible for
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in applications written in a number of different languages
  • Create solutions using the Xylem technology stack and application portfolio - either Optimizely (Formally EPiServer) or with Microsoft PowerApps
  • Work with user issues and requests in ServiceNow
  • Act as an Subject Matter Expert in the area of External Web Domain Portfolio Administrator
  • Actively work to prioritize domain migrations, domain registrations and consolidations
  • Work to setup process to manage the domain portfolio and optimize processes
  • Champion cross-team collaboration between our team and other teams in IT to reduce complexity and optimize the management of new application registration, web redirect setup and monitoring of vulnerabilities
