Requirements
  • Basic computer navigation skills are required.
  • Able to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Able to read, write, and comprehend spoken work instructions in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Must work onsite rather than remotely.
  • Must be a U.S. person under ITAR, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee.
Responsibilities
  • Perform machine setup, operation, cleaning, general maintenance, and tear-down for equipment that places electronic components on printed circuit boards.
  • Read routers, processes, and work orders.
  • Place printed circuit boards in the proper orientation.
  • Monitor machine placement of electronic components for accuracy.
  • Maintain the machine, stencils, and related tooling.
  • Operate systems safely using proper procedures.
  • Inspect assemblies and identify quality defects.
  • Read machine dials and gauges and inspect parts.
  • Notify the Supervisor, Lead, Process Engineer, or Production Manager of problems.
  • Recognize deviations in components, processes, tools, and manufacturing flow.
  • Keep the work area neat and organized.
  • Promote safety and accident prevention by observing safety practices, rules, and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
