About the job
- At least one year of on-site experience as an Assistant Maintenance Technician, Make Ready Technician, or Painter.
- Must provide own tools for general maintenance and repair work.
- Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
- Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with make-ready preparation of vacant units.
- Maintain pool cleanliness and ensure equipment functions properly.
- Keep grounds and common areas clean and presentable.
- Comply with federal Fair Housing laws and all local laws and ordinances.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and be available on weekends.
- HVAC or EPA certification is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is preferred.
