Required Skills
  • 7+ years of experience managing partnerships and/or business development efforts
  • Previous experience of working with Google in a partnerships capacity, as well as strong knowledge of the ad-tech space
  • Demonstrated success negotiating enterprise-level business terms with partners
  • A strong sense of urgency around delivering on team and individual projects
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to build materials and present findings effectively at the executive management level
  • Successful track record in identifying, engaging and driving innovative integrations
  • A demonstrated ability to evangelize and influence across all levels of an organization
  • Owned outright or significantly contributed to a large P&L in a growth business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
  • Develop and drive go-to-market programs for our Google partnership
  • Collect sales team and customer feedback on GTM and product efficacy to provide product and tech teams with insights that will help prioritize platform-specific feature roll-outs
  • Manage and grow relationships at and across Google sales teams to drive Smartly awareness and adoption in order to drive future growth, expansion, and profitability
  • Understand our Google product integration strategies, to evangelize and drive wide-scale adoption of Smartly across Google
  • Play a key role in moving the company strategy forward with Google via a fluent understanding of other Smartly teams connected strategies and goals
  • Explore and scope emerging ways to expand Smartly market share, identify new partnership opportunities, and capitalize on emerging trends across Google
  • Act as a key Smartly POC for Google sales and commercial teams
  • Be a Google platform expert to provide input for independent strategic decisions
