The Role

As an Associate at Triton, you will play a key role in the full investment lifecycle—from deal origination and execution to value creation and eventual exit. You will gain unparalleled access to senior management teams and decision-makers, both internally and externally, while taking on significant responsibility from day one.

Working within lean deal teams, you will lead critical work streams and represent the firm in transactions and portfolio company engagements.

This role is highly collaborative and requires strong relationship-building skills. You will engage with C-level executives, board members, industry leaders, LPs, advisers, and peers, expanding Triton’s network and influence.

Our team members are expected to shape and execute strategic change at portfolio companies, working directly with leadership to drive growth and operational excellence. International travel and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments are key to success.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in investment banking, PE consulting or private equity
• Proven track record of deal execution roles
• Strong technical skills including financial modelling
• Persuasive verbal and written communication in German and English
