Demonstrated expertise in using electronic health record systems and medical software.
Maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain medical records for easy retrieval while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal standards for personal injury cases.
Review records for completeness and accuracy and ensure they meet U.S. healthcare and legal regulations.
Enter and update patient information in electronic health record systems, handling digital and physical files.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and legal teams to collect, clarify, and review medical data for client cases.
Ensure timely access to comprehensive patient records for healthcare providers and legal stakeholders.
