  • You have deep hands-on experience in pipeline and infrastructure management, preferably overlapping with our tech stack above.
  • You are a seasoned leader with strong communication skills and experience leading an operations or enablement team.
  • Leveraging your technical depth, you are able to quickly learn technical implementations, understand tradeoffs, and recommend improvements that benefit both technical and human systems.
  • You have an interest in Security and sufficient exposure to know your strengths and weaknesses.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the distributed Developer Experience team to continue to ensure smooth operations and follow through on critical daily work: database management (including an in-progress migration), infrastructure management, CI/CD management, and regression testing cycle.
  • Foster innovation within Developer Experience and all Engineering; enlist help of the broader Engineering team to identify and act upon opportunities to improve practices and processes. Scope includes but is not limited to CI/CD, incident response, testing practices, and architecture evolution.
  • Iterate on Nursa’s security program and posture. Leveraging the expertise of the Security Engineer, lead an implementation that is customized to Nursa’s needs today with plans to scale as the business grows.
  • Alongside your peers on the Tech Leadership team, contribute to the strengthening of our Engineering culture and improve the experience of being an Engineer at Nursa.
