Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of comprehensive content strategies tailored to our "One to Many" program's objectives, focusing on customer onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Create high-quality written content such as user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to guide users through the setup, configuration, and utilization of Altium 365 and its integrated applications.
  • Produce engaging video content, including demos, webinars, and instructional videos, to visually demonstrate key platform functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of enablement materials that effectively address user needs at different stages of their journey, from getting started to advanced usage.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, customer success, and technical support teams to ensure alignment between content development and customer needs.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to continuously refine and improve content strategy, ensuring it meets customer expectations and drives adoption.
  • Implement SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to enhance discoverability and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer success to align content initiatives with business goals and product roadmap updates.
  • Contribute to the development of integrated campaigns and initiatives that support customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy through effective content delivery.
