Its efficiency ratio was 61.3%, compared with analyst expectations of 59.9%. Over the past two years, Texas Capital Bank has achieved annualised revenue growth of 12.6%, an acceleration from its five-year compound annual growth rate of 5.8%. Net interest income accounts for 84.1% of total revenue over the last five years.
Texas Capital Bancshares has appointed Mo Jamous as managing director and chief digital and information officer, effective immediately. Jamous will oversee the firm's technology strategy, including infrastructure, enterprise architecture, application development, data platforms, AI enablement, and information security. He joins from U.S. Bank, where he served as chief information officer for consumer, business banking, and AI/ML technologies. Previously, Jamous was head of global digital technologies at BBVA, leading the bank's digital transformation. Jamous will report to chairman, president, and CEO Rob C.
