As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to align project outcomes with business needs, while fostering an environment that promotes innovation, quality, and efficiency in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality code.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software scalability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams.
- Ability to ensure code quality through rigorous review and testing processes.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalable system design.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional collaboration to meet project objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
