Experienced Apartment Service Technician
About the job
- One to three years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
- Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting.
- HVAC or EPA certification is a plus.
- Pre-employment drug testing is required.

- Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner.
- Complete plumbing and electrical service requests.
- Complete apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair or replacement.
- Service residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner.
- Diagnose problems and perform repairs involving electrical systems.
- Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, completing them in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the property's exterior daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal.
- Perform housekeeping duties as required and snow removal during winter months when needed.
- Maintain pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable.
