Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience working in risk management and analysis
  • Extensive experience building out and implementing risk strategies in a technology-forward environment with focus on cyber
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively roll out initiatives and strategies across all areas of the organization
  • Experience in developing risk frameworks for a wide range of third/fourth-party suppliers and products
  • Proven history of delivering across strategy and execution of programs across the risk lifecycle and measuring control maturity
Responsibilities
  • Lead major initiatives around risk assessments, identification, and analysis, risk mitigation planning and monitoring
  • Play a major role in security awareness programs and training across the entire organization from engineering up
  • Develop third/fourth-party risk management strategies around supplier lifecycle management, due diligence and risk assessments, on/offboarding, compliance monitoring, and inventory management
  • Drive analysis and reporting for executive scorecards, operational risk reporting, through to granular inter-team reporting and visualization
