About the job

Requirements
  • At least 3 years operating CVM or lifecycle programs specifically in the US market, with US business-to-consumer subscription experience.
  • At least 5 years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, including one role owning the function end-to-end.
  • Hands-on operating experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform; Maestra is preferred, and Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo are also relevant.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US, including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its lift.
  • SQL proficiency sufficient to create segments and validate data independently.
  • Subscription-business knowledge, including lifetime value per payer, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • A track record of measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdout testing.
Responsibilities
  • Drive registration-to-purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first seven days.
  • Differentiate renewal sequences by one-, three-, and six-month plan tier.
  • Build pre-cancellation intervention flows, including pause offers, plan switches, and value reminders, using captured cancellation reasons.
  • Improve the month-one rebill rate.
  • Build a reactivation engine for cancelled customers using email and SMS, personalized by cancellation reason and tenure.
  • Recover revenue from the dormant customer base affected by deliverability issues.
  • Own the CRM-driven sales path to add-on products, including Resume Review and Resume Builder, covering timing, segmentation, copy, and channel.
  • Lead migration from the current email service provider to an omnichannel platform, evaluating Maestra or an alternative.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation.
  • Launch SMS as a production channel, including US compliance requirements.
  • Launch web push and orchestrate cross-channel email, SMS, and push cascades.
  • Implement incremental measurement using holdouts for every flow and report attributable incremental revenue.
  • Launch a reactivation campaign with measurable incremental conversion against a holdout within the first three months.
  • Put differentiated renewal flows for one-, three-, and six-month plans into operation within the first three months.
  • Make and obtain engineering sign-off on the omnichannel platform decision within the first three months.
  • Launch SMS and web push as ongoing production channels in lifecycle flows within the first six months.
  • Improve registration-to-purchase conversion through paywall-abandonment and post-registration triggered sequences.
  • Improve the month-one rebill rate through differentiated renewal and intervention flows.
  • Increase add-on attachment through CRM-driven sales sequences.
  • Report per-flow incremental revenue weekly using holdout methodology.
  • Build and document a cross-channel lifecycle strategy covering email, SMS, web push, and iMessage/RCS as those channels mature in the US.
  • Stabilize process documentation and tooling to reduce key-person risk.
Desired Qualifications
  • Maestra experience is strongly preferred; experience with Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo is also relevant.
  • Experience migrating away from a damaged email domain.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR technology, or adjacent consumer subscription sectors such as education technology, financial technology, dating, or streaming.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience.
  • Ability to speak English and Russian.
